Meaning of Vietnamese Entrepreneurs Day October 13
After 16 years of the Prime Minister signing the Decision to designate October 13 as “Vietnamese Entrepreneurs’ Day” and more than 6 years of Resolution 09-NQ-TW of the Politburo coming to life, reality has affirmed its meaning. History of President Ho Chi Minh’s letter to the industry and trade community on October 13, 1945.
During the period of international economic integration, President Ho Chi Minh’s letter still remains valid, demonstrating his correct guidelines and strategic instructions for affirming the role of businesses, businessman in construction and national construction.
Decision No. 990/QD-TTg dated September 20, 2004 and Resolution 09-NQ-TW dated December 9, 2011 concretized the guidelines and instructions of President Ho Chi Minh with guidelines and policies to encourage develop businesses, promote the role of entrepreneurs; Support and promote Vietnamese businesses and businessmen to develop strongly and confidently, making an important contribution to the country’s economic development and international integration.
